Empowering Education Leaders

The Academy for Local Leadership launched in 2024 and is working to impact the education landscape. As National Louis University has prepared teachers, principals, and district administrators, ALL now prepares those who may aspire to be school board members and education advocates. 

Data from Public Agenda’s 2024 study revealed a significant need for programs like ALL Chicago Fellowship:

It’s time for change. Our students need decision-makers who prioritize their needs. The Academy for Local Leadership seeks to turn apathy into action, creating space for rising diverse leaders to fully understand the landscape and become involved in shaping their communities and city.
